Quirky, comfy, and a warm and friendly welcome. The place has real character, so different from the usual soulless apartment accommodation on offer. May be too quirky for those who like luxury, but it's charming in a homely way, recommended if you're up for something a bit different.

This was a convenient place to stop to break up a long drive. The staff were friendly, happy to accommodate my requests for a late check-in and soy milk, and even put the heater on so the room was warm when we arrived. Alas the advertised continental breakfast consisted of a loaf of frozen bread, sachets of honey, margarine full of crumbs, and an open box of weetbix. Also the glasses needed cleaning.

Advertised as Apartment not was a shop front with curtains over window. Told that the area was used a Church on Sunday night , hence large cross on wall. Tea, coffee etc in cupboard but we’re already open - not suitable for tourist.
