"Had a suite on the top floor. Room was excellent and the service was top notch!! There were a lot of stairs (36 to our room), so look for another room if need be. Food was very good too. The location was perfect. In the riad by about 1 block, so getting luggage in from the taxi was easy. Close to all the major attractions. "

However this hotel seriously needs a seamless check-in and check-out procedure. Unbeleivably both processes takes more than 30mins for sure. Strongly suggest people to run this process well before their appointments or flight. I m travelling so much around the world; and never seen such a slow reception service. "Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Amazing food in the buffet restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Pools beautiful but not heated. In mid April, they were chilly and the water on the beach warmer (there is no private beach and the beach is fairly dirty, but nevertheless enjoyable). The kids enjoyed the kids club for a day, especially the video games! Even our 11 year old had fun. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Amazing staff who helped us get lost baggage from the airline and recommended a great taxi driver to guide us around during our stay. We had ground floor suite which was large and had a very comfortable bed and good size shower with good pressure water. Outdoor seating area was a bonus. Only downside to hotel was very overpriced breakfast options - for 2 of us was $560nad for basic continental - even our 3 course meal at Ricks cafe with alcohol only cost $780mad so ??"
