"Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 22.45 one night I think to give us something but we didn’t feel happy answering the door."

"I was a bit worried due to mixed reviews but this place is honestly great. Was very affordable compared to other options. The free shuttle service was great however i recommend booking it in advance because it doesn’t fit too many. When we stayed it was very quiet due to it being off peak season and Ramadan so Marrakech itself wasn’t busy at all so we didn’t have any issues with the shuttle being fully booked. "Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...

"I was concerned i couldnt find the riad in the maze of the medina. Riad Jonas sent Mohammed to meet me at the gate. That was impressive. Mohammed became my personal butler and attended to all my needs. Riad Jonas is stunningly gorgeous. Should be on the cover of Architectural Digest. Great cuusine. Greater Service. Excellent value. Loved the ability to walk to the beach from the hotel within a minute. I missed the notification that the Spa was under construction but the front desk did provide advice for alternative spas and discounts for services at the new place. "
