"nice property, far away from everything. Large mid century ranch with plenty of room / all the amenities you need. As noted in other reviews, wireless service and internet / wifi was spotty but I would return. 90 minutes from DC"

"My family and I spent one night at this cute lake house. The house is fantastic—new, very clean, and well-equipped with toiletries, snacks, coffee, and creamers, plenty of towels, blankets, and games. The WiFi connection was reliable, contributing to an enjoyable stay. We had a great time overall despite very cold and windy weather. The communication with the owner was excellent, especially when we had questions about entering and locking the house on our way out."

"Beautiful spacious property in the remote hills of Virginia provided a great backdrop and respite for our family gathering. Everything from the dishes, outdoor space and decor were well thought out. We had difficulty with checkin as no one was available and the code didn’t work but otherwise our stay was fantastic. Definitely will stay here again when we are back in the area. Close enough to downtown Culpeper to enjoy all it has to offer as well. Thank you for hosting so well."

"The house is huge and beautiful. Very convenient and quiet location. Great for relaxation with the family and friends. We experienced only a few mishaps while being there. 1) Google shows a wrong route leading to the house, so it would be nice if the correct address would be provided to the Google and bigger sign would be indicating the address. 2) the wasps and ticks were on the property promises. Understanding that the property is located in the forest we would suggest spraying the grass and...

"My stay was excellent. I was in town for a meeting with an group of food and officials and was due to stay one night. I was really exhausted and knew it was too much for me to drive back to Chesapeake VA. They easy handled my accommodations to stay on extra night. "
