As others have mentioned, the intersection can be a bit busy, and noisy in the morning. The temp outside was in the 20 degree range, and the heat and hot water inside never got exceptionally warm. "

We did climb the 4 flights of stairs with 2 large suit cases which was not fun but it was a great way to stay in shape at 60 😂.
