"My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. "

"Hotel is dated lots of wear and tear. Things in the room did not work had to replace both telephones or i could not order food. No restaurants at night open even though they show they do. Room sevuce menu dose not have most of it but what they did have was nice, no diet drinks. Breakfast is a joke, forget it if you want eggs i managed to get them once in 5 days, one day i still did not have them after 20 minutes, the others no one there to cook them. Overall this must of been a great hotel...

"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"
