"Staff at hotel were super friendly and helpful with sightseeing tips. The room was very comfortable, clean and very quiet. A variety of restaurants and other services are within walking distance and it is very close to the Corniche for views of King Fahad's Fountain. Overall, a great place to stay."

"the overall service is good, except for the check-in, it was terrible. I made a special request for high floor room several weeks before my arrival through Hotels.com. Upon arrival however, the employee allocated a room in the lowest floor he could find (2nd), and had no interest what so ever to find a room which matches my request although, from my observation, the hotel is more than half empty and such rooms are available .. Never again in this hotel if I can find an alternative. "

"Overseas traveler from the US. This is located in a bit of an older part of town, but I thought it was still nice area and felt much more authentic and historical then some of the newer hotels. Very elegant and the room was good, no concerns at all. Service was excellent and friendly. "

The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. "The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"
