Nice hotel
Nice hotel close to the Corniche and Kings Fountain. The daytime reception man was very unhelpful but the afternoon and night men were great!

If you have no choice .. then it's fine
The hotel is located in Al-Hamra, which is a bit close to south Jeddah, not very far from all the major Jeddah attractions (Cornich, Red Sea Mall, The Flag ..etc) eveything is within 20-30 minutes away (less or more depending on traffic) I give the hotel a 2 out of 5, they made me sign an agreement upon payment and mentioned that they are not responsible for any loses or damages to your personal / precious belongings, and when I entered my room there was actually no safety locker, I asked the reception to bring me one, but it was broken, so that was really disappointing. I had to put the "please don't disturb" door sign so nobody could just come, I had trust problems. My room wasn't cleaned before I placed the door sign after two nights (out of 3 nights) The hotel did not have a business center nor was the reception helpful in printing a number of important documents I wanted But hi, if your not going to stay in the hotel anyway or going to be out for most of the day, it is totally fine, the location is good. Airport without traffic is just 20-25 minutes away. So this hotel is simply .. "meh" ..

Great stay. Great price.
The stay was great. The price for the hotel was perfect considering the location. A bonus for me was the availability of football channels (BEIN sports) in the hotel room. Two things which could have made the stay better are if the hotel served breakfast and if the shower rooms were bigger.
