"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"

"This is a terrific hotel nestled into many others in the area. Generally three to maximum four stars in the area. If you’re driving, it’s in the middle of the city so accessibility is key. The room was very comfortable and large. Housekeeping was quick and timely.
