Actually found a wonderful steak restaurant at Terrible's Casino and switched for our last 3 days there as Primm Valley was having some kind of updating (not sure exactly) of the rooms.

"Carpet is very old and dirty in the room. Towels and bedsheets and pillowcase was nice clean and neat. Furnitures were dusty and spotty. The bed was very comfortable. Overalls I like the retro atmosphere these place."

I did not stay and look around the other hotels. I know that the outlet has just a few stores in it now. Like I said too bad and sad to see it in this condition.
