Actually found a wonderful steak restaurant at Terrible's Casino and switched for our last 3 days there as Primm Valley was having some kind of updating (not sure exactly) of the rooms.

"My family and I stay there two night, as soon as I got on the hotel room my two sons and I started having an allergic reaction to i don’t know what but we asked the from desk to change rooms and they were very helpful. Apart from that bad experience the begging we enjoyed our stay there."

I did not stay and look around the other hotels. I know that the outlet has just a few stores in it now. Like I said too bad and sad to see it in this condition.
