The yard was excellent for our dogs, with lots of space to run around. The kitchen was superbly appointed, with every kitchen item you could require and more. "Awesome location central to everything you need - pub, shops, beach, river. Short drive to Tea Gardens for extra restaurants and eateries & other various shops including Coles. Great little house with all that you need and a driveway to park the boat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in every way!"

"Most important thing for me firstly is to know the fence is secure for my dogs, this was spot on, very secure, lower at front but that's specified in property details. There is a coffee pod machine not mentioned or in photos so I didn't need to take my own, yes I am hopeless, gotta have a coffee. Beach close with Jimmy in the Bay orBennets facing ocean. Beautiful home, Reno's are great and had everything we needed. Spent most of our time on the deck and snoozing on outdoor lounge with the dogs loving the large grassy gardens. Will be back for sure "

"Great location, but as others have indicated the property is not as well maintained or tidy as the photos shown. We needed to spend about 40 mins cleaning the pool area before the kids could swim. Cleaning up before departure was also difficult as there was no vacuum, mop or indoor broom provided. There is also an error with the bed configuration - bedroom two has 1xQB, not 2. This made things tricky as we had to bring our own linen so we didn’t have the right sheets. Ultimately we’d have been willing to overlook these issues as the property was well suited to our needs. However our experience with the leasing agent was so poor that we would be reluctant to return. Prior to arrival it was difficult to arrange alternative key collection as we would be arriving after the office closure time. Then the day after we checked out, I received a rather blunt email advising that there was spray painted graffiti on an exterior laundry door and that we would be held liable for the cost to clean it. I called to explain that the tag was there when we arrived and that we did not report it as it did not look fresh and didn’t impact our use of the property. I attempted to discuss with the agent via phone and sent a follow up email a week later. It has now been more than 2 weeks since the first email and I still haven’t received a call to discuss. It was a disappointing end to a pleasant holiday and based off this we will select an alternative location next year. "
