"The room (remodeled a couple years ago) was excellent, clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony and wrap around windows opening out onto a couple beautiful streets of Granada. Think modern amenities right in the heart of Granada. Katherina, our host, went above and beyond in accommodating us and even helping to book a show and ride. We stayed in 6 different hotels on this trip and this one was the best by far. "

"Horrible motorcycle noises with parking lot outside window. No toaster. Awkward check-in done via automation and no easy to use. Prefer in person check-in. Little shelving in bathroom for personal items and towels Too few clothes hangars. Not exactly spotless. Dust and dirt. Very small table for eating. Really could not use at all. Microwave was confusing to use and no instructions for grill option. Great that safe was included! Convenient location. Iron & ironing board included."
