"My room wasn't sound proof. We can heard clearly what the guests at the next room were talking on the middle of th night. Reason being most of the walls are wooden partitions and not solid walls. Can heard the sound of closing and opening of curtains coming from next room "

"Just another Hyat .. perhaps a bit unpersonal, with few areas for small group meetings. The place felt industrial, although very clean and pompous with great service. "

"The breakfast buffet is superb with a wide range of cuisines. I especially like the juice bar as it offers nutritional and freshly made juice, such as ginger and mixed veggies ones. The staff here is very polite and friendly. They always welcome us with a warm smile. Those who work near the pool are also nice. Swimming here is amazing, as you will feel like you are in a forest. For city dwellers like me, I’d suggest staying in this hotel as it’s not as cosmopolitan and busy. The trees give me a sense of comfort and calm my mood. If there were more restaurants nearby, that would be perfect. I’d have to order room service for two nights. "
