"Our stay at the Roycroft Inn was impromptu but will leave a lasting impression! We had a four room suite and were taken aback at how big it was. We found the Roycroft to have amazing value for what we paid. A continental breakfast was a pleasant addition to our stay. The spread included muffins, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice, hard boiled eggs, bagels, fruit, bread for toasting, and a few other quick bites. The breakfast area was gorgeous and filled with light coming in from the giant windows. The sitting area by the check in desk was also very serene, in quite a literary way. We’re only an hour away, so we will definitely be back for a quick weekend stay!"

"The weather in January in Springville can be pretty nasty, and true to form a snowstorm came through the day we arrived. The hotel was perfectly located for me to stay the night while my husband was having surgery. My king suite was excellent and the bed was extremely comfy. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. My only minor issue was they should have plowed around the hotel more often than they did, especially during a snowstorm, so customers didn't have to walk through deep snow, especially in the back of the hotel where I had to park. Glad this hotel was there to relieve the stress of having to drive home and back in nasty weather!"

"Everything about the rental was exceptional! Easy booking, great communication with the host who was very accommodating! Allowed us an early check in so we could get settled before the Bills Game! The house was great, spacious and comfortable with everything you could need! The kids loved all the collectibles and memorabilia! Less than 5 miles to the stadium, a very easy drive! We didn’t want to leave! Looking to travel to Buffalo, don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely return! Thanks Phillip for sharing your home with us!"

"Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. Kitchen is a bit under stocked, but we ordered pizza and wings from Daryl's. Decor of Barn wood with early industrial fixtures fits the cottage well, the modern art is an interesting add. Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive. Overall, a good value and we would stay again."
