"I had my sat phone (I know, stupid of me...) on the glove box of my rental car. The only time someone had access was when I was in this hotel and I had to leave the keys in order for them to move it. Then I continued my trip and when I went to look for the phone it had been stolen ! So careful (in general in Brazil) with your things "

"Staff was awesome. Amenities outside of the hotel, breakfast, pool, kids area and etc were fantastic. In the room the wifi was very slow and the parking on weekends was bad. Staff was great at helping my family and I. Would stay again for sure. The breakfast is unreal. Freaking amazing breakfast and pool. "

"The hotel is probably the best one in the city, right on the beach and with two separate swimming pools. The one closer to the beach has constant music and children so be advised. The nightly buffet was usually quite varied, tasty and fulfilling. Rooms are quite ample, quiet and well maintained despite the age of the hotel. "Amazing location! The property was really good, but there were a few things that could be improved. We could have used more supplies, such as toiletries and towels. The breakfast was very convenient but lacked in quality (this is not a hotel). Overall experience was excellent."
