"At first the staff couldn't find our booking from Hotels.com, which seems to be a problem quite often in other hotels as well. Then our room wasn't ready so they guy looked for another one. Then there was a random older man living in the living room area? This was totally weird. He fell asleep on the couch, ate and left his food and plate on the table and just wandered around.
