"My family and I stayed here when coming for my son’s UT graduation. Aged ranged from 10-83. It’s a perfect location for anyone visiting a student at UT. The owner has excellent communication and goes above and beyond making sure your needs are met. He even set up a Christmas tree the night before we came knowing we’d be there as a family.As well, he has a crate, dog bed, and dog bowls there if you decide to bring a pet and need them. "Barry is one of the best host I've ever had at a VRBO. He is very polite and informative. Constant contact and checking to make sure we had everything we needed."

"The house is very close to nearby Universities so it worked perfect for our weekend visiting our son who is a student at SHU. Also laundry was a big bonus so he could wash some clothes while visiting. "

"Stayed here for Mom's celebration of life. Very relaxing and cozy. Nice place to decompress from emotional days. The house is well cared for and clean. Had an issue with the microwave but response was quick. It could use some large serving bowls. Very happy with our stay. Would recommend to others."

"Check-in process was pretty seamless, but the cleanliness of the property looks nothing like what was listed… upon arrival we soon noticed the outside of the property was significantly dirty and unkept. Upon entering the unit we noticed the carpet was filthy, couch covers were stained, doors had holes in them. Deodorant bottle in front entrance window, fly infestation we killed about 15 and there were still flies in the house..The bathroom had a used wash cloth in the bathtub, what appeared to...

"Arrived later than expected and had some difficulty with the keyless entry. Ruby responded and resolved the issue. It took a few text, but all good. Cute apartment, instructions on parking were perfect. I communicated with Ruby often regarding issues and she responded. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we came to Ohio for a family event. Recommended she get ice cube trays, better towels and maybe some extras. Bed was comfortable, couch not so much. The unit has great potential! Good...

"House was dated but it was clean."

"We were a group of 13, and this house was awesome. Plenty of sleeping space and something you don't get with homes with 6+ bedrooms--every bedroom was nice, had a closet, window, etc. Two living spaces is nice. Great views from any room. Very well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this home!!"
