"My family and I stayed here when coming for my son’s UT graduation. Aged ranged from 10-83. It’s a perfect location for anyone visiting a student at UT. The owner has excellent communication and goes above and beyond making sure your needs are met. He even set up a Christmas tree the night before we came knowing we’d be there as a family.As well, he has a crate, dog bed, and dog bowls there if you decide to bring a pet and need them. "The house is very close to nearby Universities so it worked perfect for our weekend visiting our son who is a student at SHU. Also laundry was a big bonus so he could wash some clothes while visiting. "

"We were a group of 13, and this house was awesome. Plenty of sleeping space and something you don't get with homes with 6+ bedrooms--every bedroom was nice, had a closet, window, etc. Two living spaces is nice. Great views from any room. Very well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this home!!"
