"I my opinion, 5pm check-in time is very late. We had to leave our heavy luggage near front desk and waited for over an hour at a coffee shop across the highway. Inside of the hotel is nice and clean. Even though we couldn't figure out how to control the room temperature, it was nice and cool. Shower is really good. "I booked this hotel because it was close to a metro station. I didn't realize what a gem of a place this is! The beds were firm, yet comfortable. And the bathroom was amazing! A GIANT tub (my friend loved soaking in it!) and the shower was wonderful! And the toilet had a bidet! How could you not love that? The receptionist was also very nice! I will definitely stay here again, next time I'm in Busan! "

"Absolutely beautiful room once I was able to finally figure out where to go and how to enter the building. Offered luggage storage, but when departing for a day long tour at 7:30 in the morning, the office was not open and no one seemed to be able to help me, so I had to spend extra time and money finding lockets for my luggage at the nearby train station. "The hotel is generally nice and located in a good shopping/dining area. Room was smaller than expected, and needed a little bit of upkeep (one beside lamp attached to the wall was loose and hanging down, TV control box was hanging below the wall-mounted TV). Sink area was small. Unfortunately the bathroom had an awful smell, that I assume was coming from water in the toilet. We had to keep the door shut all the time, otherwise the whole room would smell also. "
