"They cancel on us 1h before getting there and didn’t pick up the phone like kids.i booked 3 months in Advance Expedia was trying to call them and email and they didn’t get back to them at all very unsecured for a trip Would not suggest to anyone to book with this place unless you want problems on your trip. "

"Beautiful property, but the pictures posted.must have been older photos of the home LOTS of maintenance and upkeep needed, not to mention countertops and all furniture surfaces, stove top, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans were dirty and needed to be washed upon arrival. Linens provided were not freshly laundered. Stayed at many rentals through Vrbo and never encountered this. Owner offered nothing but apologies. SO embarrassing as this was the place chosen to host with our closest friends...

"This property is perfect if your looking for a reasonably priced stay that is located directly on the water. We stayed in cottage#2 and the place has been recently renovated with very comfy beds and ac in every rm. If you want to pay 3 star prices but want 5 star amenities this place isn't for you but your okay with 3 star value this place hits it out of the park. note swimming is an issue with all the weeds "
