"We were staying in the area for work so this was a convenient location. Parking was plentiful. Check-in was quick however no one explained that you needed to call down and ask for maid service. We also didn’t get any explanation of breakfast which was included in our fee. Figured out breakfast didn’t start until 6:30 and we had to leave by 6:20. Returning to the room after being gone 16 hours to find it still a mess was a bit irritating. Called down four times and no one answered the phone...

"The staff and service at this hotel was amazing! Everyone greeted us with smiles and a happy attitude. We asked for more towels and the staff said he would need to run next door to their “sister hotel” to grab some extras and he was back within 10 minutes of our request.
