"This little place was perfect for my husband & I. We were in Winston Salem meeting friends and needed a litle efficiency place for a couple of nights. Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of coffee supplied, good size refrigerator and the host was wonderful to work with. There is no stove or oven, but we weren't looking for one. Would definitely stay again!! "

"Knowing nothing about the city, I was thrilled with the location of this charming apartment. We left our town temporarily after Helene, and it was great to park the car and walk to all the coffee shops and restaurants. The host made it easy to arrive; the info and keys we needed were right where he said. The decor and arrangements are accurate reflected by the photos in the listing. We stayed a week, worked remotely, and felt pleased with the stay."

"Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. There were two lights burnt out in the kitchen which made it a bit tough to see while cooking at night. Lots of towels, blankets and a washer/dryer combo. Will stay here again and I highly...

"The home is absolutely beautiful and very unique. There was plenty of space for our family, the kitchen was great when cooking for a crowd, and the yard had lots to explore. The artwork was beautiful and made the house feel extra special. Our host was responsive and helped us solve issues when they arose. Even though it was a weekend, and sometimes in the evening, they got back to us right away.Would definitely stay here again!"

"This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)"
