"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

The camper was very clean. Kimberly and her husband were very nice and helped with the few little problems that we had. We really enjoyed our stay there."

"Three generations enjoyed this beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped home. The property is gorgeous and the home has lots of children's equipment and toys. The owners are extremely responsive which is a change from other VRBOs. If you have a large group and want to be a bit outside of downtown Williamsburg, I would highly recommend this wonderful house. "Five of us stayed at this cute little 3 bedroom, very centrally located to everything you’d like to do in the area. Everything was 10-15 minutes away. Very quiet neighborhood (however conveniently located near the dumpsters, they pick up about 7am). The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable! Everything you could need to cook at home if you wanted to. Laundry area and supplies were very much appreciated and we went home with clean clothes which is a nice bonus at the end of vacation....

"Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. This was not a cottage it was more like a duplex. We could here the people next door. The stayed up late and got up early. So we had prolems sleeping. Pool was nice."
