"Our stay was comfortable and the location was super convenient. We had everything we needed and could walk to numerous restaurants. There were only 4 of us, so having 2 bathrooms was perfect. It was a bonus that we were able to enjoy space in the house as well as outside on the deck. I recommend this rental!"

"Very nice stay. Third floor unit was very nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom very nice. Owner supplied lots of food and snacks if needed. A little backward having to walk through living room to get to space. No door to separate area from owners area. Other than that it was a great location and owner was very helpful when it came to sight seeing areas. "

"We've left positive reviews of this property in the past and nothing has changed. While of course a mid-winter stay is likely to be cold with less daylight, you still get the coastal view and quick access to Newport to the east or Narragansett to the west."
