"Wifi didn't work, leaky ceiling. Room not as advertised."

"Mosquitos infested, poor sleep quality with slapping and itching. Walls and bathroom are yellow stained, sink leaking. Flattened pillow. Poor wifi connectivity. Dusty and rubbish beneath and behind bed. "

"Good, big room with good amenities. Hotel close to two big malls within walking distance - plenty of local shopping experience. Good buffet breakfast at the hotel with enough vegetarian options. Hotel lobby also unique compared to other hotels. Only downside was the dryer in the hotel room was bad. Did a mistake of washing clothes in the inbuilt washer/dryer in room and it took more than 5 hours to dry the clothes(even then not dry fully) and in the process it actually damaged the clothes. "

"Overall the stay was great. Very kind staff and they really care for their guests. If I had to pick one con, it would be that the shower water wasn't hot enough. Other than that it's great!"
