"The pros are: It’s really close to the beach, the beds are comfortable, it’s relatively clean, spacious house with breathtaking view, air conditioning throughout, nice gazebo. Cons: WiFi signal only works in the middle room, It was very difficult finding the property since GPS doesn’t accurately track."

"This was a nice sized house for our family. It had a decent kitchen, and a nice outdoor area in the back. But the location was the best part of this stay. It was less than a five minute walk to the bay for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. It was also only a ten minute drive or so to get to a grocery store. The owners were also super responsive. It was a great stay for our family!"

"This condo was excellent- better than it looks in the photos! Clean, with comfy furniture and nice kitchen. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. And a short walk to all the Rindon restaurants. "

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"Our stay at this property was just perfect. It was quite last minute yet it went without any issues. We received detailed information to check-in and check-out within minutes of completing the reservation. It was great that they included a link for Google Maps since locations in that area are a bit difficult to find. FYI- there are 2 entrances side by side, for 2 different residential complex, it is the one to the left, into the townhouse buildings complex. Everything was ready for us, and there...

"We had a great time! The hosts really set everything up to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. Beach was close, quiet, perfect for our kids. "It was lovely to be able to sit in the living room and look at the ocean through the doors. It was even more wonderful going to sleep and waking up with the waves crashing. The beach by the gate to enter had some wood scattered, which seems to be leftover from a storm, but we could still walk down the rest of the beach and enjoy the ocean. We would definitely stay again!!! The hosts were wonderful with their communication."
