"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. "We enjoyed friendliness from all staff members. The room was clean, the shower had great hot water flow and the wifi connection was flawless. Breakfast was good but some juices were too watered down. The swimming pool was located in a nice area and the bar terrace was lovely to chill at. "

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "

"Beautiful location on Augusta. Close to amazing food, cultural sites, Paulista Ave is close, clubs, bakeries etc. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable if you have questions about your stay or the area. I will be back. "
