I purchased the room with air conditioning and all I got was a fan on the wall. Receptionist said I did not have a reservation and she started getting upset with me. Finally she found it on her mess. How could I recommend a filthy place like this. We stayed one night only and moved."

Estávamos de férias escolares, não tinha nada além das piscinas e do pedalinho, poderia ter mais diversão para as crianças, com monitores... O PIOR realmente ficou por conta do cardápio e café da manhã, a comida não era muito ruim, mas não parecia fresca e não tinha muitas opções. O que se espera em um hotel fazendo de MG é que a comida seja excelente, no mínimo."
