"If what you are looking for is a beautiful view, this is your place. The only way to get to the beach is walking and the up hill walk is very very hard, definitely not for seniors. Also is better to take with you all your groceries to cook your own meal due to getting in and out of the property its about 25 minutos and more if they send you by the public entrance, witch happens to us upon arrival. The security guard on site, Jimy, was very helpful and friendly. The apartment needs some minor...

"The condo was great. Top floor. Amazing view. Clean. Well equipped. We literally had everything we needed. The owner Norman was on point with communication. Answered questions quickly and ensured that our access to the condo and resort was trouble free. The complex is gated with a security person controlling entry. We felt safe. "Pros: The pool was amazing! Definitely the highlight of our stay. The view from the patio was beautiful and a great place to relax. The bathrooms were really nicely updated. The beach was nice as well. Cons: The doorknobs and window locks need serious upgrades. The hallway bathroom window lock was broken and the window was open (with no screen). "This comfy condo was exactly as advertised. A 5 minute walk to the beach, with shops, pharmacy, restaurants etc. along the way (3 min. walk). We loved the huge beautiful pools and 3 jacuzzis. We also enjoyed a day at the beach (umbrella/chair rental $20/day). Shawn went above and beyond for us. He is an excellent host. We would definitely stay there again. The condo was great and the location is amazing."

"Everything was great the condo was so clean and well stocked with everything . The area is a wonderful spot . The pools are beautiful and the grounds have beautiful beaches ,views ,wildlife and are well manicured . The property manger didn’t respond to a few requests we had which was the only complaint. But everything thing else was perfect. We would definitely come back for another stay. Thank you "

"The View, the View, the view. Beds and living space were comfortable and first rate. Not only was it a great leap off point to many awesome adventures, it was very comfortable just to relax, listen to birds and waves. (Challenges, no coffee filters, ice maker, hot water in showers works but runs out if more than one shower is in use, or washer. Dryer was not working but Manuel sent a fix it person right away) "

"Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "
