"I couldn't imagine a better place to be in 100 degree+ heat. The cabin was clean, cool and comfortable, but the river front access was a highlight. There are many chairs to sit and watch the river and passersby. There are floaties secured in the water with a small "beach" access for children and adults alike to splash in the cold water (at their own risk, off course). "This cabin was the perfect peaceful getaway. Janie went above and beyond by decorating it for Christmas, adding such a warm and festive touch. It had everything we could possibly need, with thoughtful details throughout. It truly made our stay in Medford special. Highly recommend!"

"Although the owner was good with communication this property is VERY OLD. They did have a fire going when we got there but it really only heats up the area its in. The rest of the house is very cold, and only a couple electric heaters that do not keep up. The beds slept good and the bedding was clean, but the rest of the house (floors, shelves, ect..) where very dirty."
