"Nice, clean, newly remodeled older house. Large kitchen, living room and dining area.Older house very small bathroom, small bedrooms but OK. No place to hang-up shirts or clothing in bedrooms, no dressers. Need some kind of rack or armoire. Would like to see a few books, maybe history of the area, in the place, and a cribbage board.Sod was laid in yard while we were there, really helped the curb appeal.Short walk to main street is nice.Only complaint are the security cameras at the front door, feels like your coming and going is being monitored.Per VRBO policy these need to be declared on the property listing. Location and coverage of devices must be disclosed on the property description page for. It's not enough to include a photo of the device.Overall a very nice place to stay."

"We loved our time we stayed here! The home was so charming, well stocked, comfortable beds, and clean. The owner was very responsive and kind. She even left us yummy homemade banana bread upon arrival! The hot tub was so nice to relax in. Would love to stay here again!"

"This little cabin was exactly what we were looking for! Just as cute and quaint as the pictures and online description, perfect location, beautiful view. This stay was everything were could have hoped for. Lots of great touches that did not go unnoticed. Hot chocolate and marshmallows waiting for us upon arrival, plush towels, comfortable bed, cozy throw blanket, comfortable couch and chairs. The cabin is situated so you get to watch the sunrise and sunset. Little kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for cooking. No coffee pot but there is a very nice French press that did a great job. I’d never used one before but just a simple Google search and one video later, I was a pro. Would definitely recommend!"

"This home is very nice given its age. It accommodated our family of eight well and had most of the kitchen amenities you need for cooking meals. The kitchen/dining area is tight but six can dine there with ease. Parking is an issue if you are towing a trailer as we were (x2) but three cars without trailers would be fine. The hot tub felt great after long days and there were plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Love the surrounding area. Appreciate this cute historic cabin near creek. Our black lab had a wonderful time dipping in creek while we roasted hot dogs at the fire pit. We found the one room cabin with electricity comfortable and welcoming and used the provided toaster, microwave and frig. There is no running water which suited us just fine. However, the hosts have graciously provided a nice private bathroom and shower for cabin guests in the main lodge which was a wonderful bonus! Dave, the caretaker lives nearby if anything would have been needed. All communication with host Chelsea was excellent. "
