Offered to give me a heater...a small one at that.. accepted the offer went in the room....tv doesn't work and the water doesn't work either. And to top things off he required a deposit. I ended up requesting a refund and couldn't get another room elsewhere because the return wasn't immediate"

"I understand there is only 2 floors, but for the prices charged the property should have an elevator. The carpet in the stairwell needs changing or removed because it’s so dirty. The rooms described on website are not the appearance of the actual room (false advertisement)."

"Had I known how terrible of quality this was I wouldn’t have booked it. It’s not even a get what you pay for it’s overpriced for the abysmal quality. The door didn’t have a secondary safety lock, the peephole had a napkin in it, the place where a fire alarm may have previously been had a paper towel in it, the clean blankets were stained, the ‘clean’ wash cloth in the room had a body hair and was crusty, the toilet seat was broken, the blinds to protect light and privacy had a rip in them and I...
