"It is rather amazing that a hotel like Dreamland suites will advertise that it serves free breakfast, only to charge us differently for our breakfast. I am really disappointed. They initially denied even giving us the room claiming not to know Hotel.com. Iam not impressed at all."

"The air conditioning wasn't working and the maintenance kept insisting it was ok. WIFI was epilept Service was very slow but staff were quite pleasant."

"Property is secluded behind a security controlled gate which is manned 24/7. The property sits on a high profile residential community which avoids a typical hotel setting. Additionally the staff are top notch and very accomodating to impromptu requests. However, the food menu is strictly local cuisine so do not expect an international food selection."

"Western Dreams Hotel is in need of serious renovations. I complained about the hard mattress and manager said they were Posturepedic, but every night it felt like I slept on rocks. I booked hotel for two guest and only one complimentary breakfast was included, worst than that there was roaches in the coffee pot. Poor WiFi and cable service. I would give this hotel one star rating and would not recommend anyone staying here. Elena USA"
