"This place is absolutely beautiful as it was once a convent. A very luxurious and comfortable stay. We had a room in the basement and couldn’t have enjoyed it more! I was conveniently close to the spa which was wonderful to unwind in each evening after a long day of activities. The breakfast was quite expansive with many options to choose from! The stay came with a variety of included treats which made the stay even more special!"

"Very nice room and comfortable bed. Great service and food. Due to small windows and lack of fans and ac, rooms can get very hot/stuffy. You can ask for a fan at front desk if it becomes too stuffy. Location is lovely as pretty central but not in San Blas so no hike yo and down hill needed to get to hotel. The building is an old Spanish colonial palace built upon an Inka temple and they do a tour which I recommend taking! "

"Such amazing service by the gentleman here. My husband and I stayed here and they provided us boxed breakfast for early hike days to machu pichu and lake humantay. The view from the top floor balcony area was beautiful in the day and night. Their hospitality and cleaning team was touch notch and I'd absolutely recommend to other travelers "

"If I could give this place more stars than five, I would do so! Everything was wonderful. Whether it was the friendliness of staff, the comfort of the beds or the spacious rooms, it was all perfect. These people remember your name and open the door when you exit the facility. One of the real gems is the breakfast buffet. So many options! Start out having them prepare you a tasty omelet. From there you can move on to the myriad of other self serve options to eat. On some evenings they provide a buffet dinner with a show included. This place is more like a resort than a hotel. They have an excellent airport shuttle as well. When you arrive there is a gentleperson waiting for you with a sign with your name written on it. Nothing like feeling special from the gate! "
