"Large reception area, but small rooms, small bathrooms, small elevators (3 person max). No way to lock door from inside without using a key and the key is on a magnet that needs to be hung in order for electricity to work, total fire hazard. AC is a waste, tried to open the porch door, plenty of flies from the wooded area come in. Breakfast was diversified, first time i saw onion rings served for breakfast. but we did have mosquitos in the breakfast area, didn't make it appetizing."

"We got a room that hasn't been used for a while. When we arrived it had some maintenance problems, at arrival room wasn't cleaned properly and had to use shoes because of dusty floor. Next day cleaning was however good. Brown water was coming from taps because they hasn't been used for a while and a/c-unit was leaking water straight to nightstand. Some of the electricity outlets needs to be repaired too at least in kitchen it was very hard to get water heater out of the outlet without ripping...

"We stayed at Casa Palmera for 10 days in early July and would have loved to have stayed longer. The home has nice artistic and architectural touches and the outside pool area has inspiring sunset views every night. Highly recommended!"
