"Was highly disappointed with staff and and friendliness. Was asked to pay upon arrival. My passport was held for hours without my permission. I don't recommend this hotel based on the staff. Other than that, it's clean, rooms are well equipped and they have a restaurant/bar onsite. "

"The staff were all amazing! Always friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was tired in some comunal areas and the sunbeds were not very comfortable, but overall it was well maintained. Pools were clean and toilet facilities wete cleaned regularly. Rooms were cleaned daily. Toiletries only replenished when we asked. 5th floor room had good views. Superior rooms same size as other rooms. We asked to move from our original room as it had an extra single bed in, which meant there was a table and...

"Large reception area, but small rooms, small bathrooms, small elevators (3 person max). No way to lock door from inside without using a key and the key is on a magnet that needs to be hung in order for electricity to work, total fire hazard. AC is a waste, tried to open the porch door, plenty of flies from the wooded area come in. Breakfast was diversified, first time i saw onion rings served for breakfast. but we did have mosquitos in the breakfast area, didn't make it appetizing."

"The location was good for getting the bus into the main town and then on to other areas of the island. A beach (pebble/sand) just across the road, was ideal for chilling and still being close to the hotel and shops, which was ideal with toddlers. You could also do Jetskiing, again just on the beach so not far to go for those adrenaline seekers. There was a tourist centre specialising in excursions throughout Rhodes and beyond. "Good hotel and pool, beach across the road. If you wish to get a sunbed at the beach, go early, as there aren’t many beds. Friday food is the best of the week. Cocktails after 6pm are really good. On the downside, the hotel is a bit dated, but it is reflected in the price. No ac in the public rooms."
