"I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect. 1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful. 2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it. She must have been an engineer in her past life as she knew exactly what to do! I didn’t get her name (short hair and glasses), she was excellent. 3. "No lift so if you are carrying anything heavy be prepared to carry them upstairs. Staff was kind but basically they are only there from 10am to 3pm while theybclean the rooms that are getting vacant. After that you can only get service if you call or mqil them. Rooms get cleanead in a per visit basic so avoid long stays."
