"Beautiful traditional Japanese Inn. Long history behind the inn nicely updated. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. The service of the traditional dinner in our room was above and beyond. We didn’t always know why we were eating but we did try everything. The hot bathing tub and outdoor shower were lovely and private. Nice amenities for the room. For US travelers the futon mats could have been a little thicker and the pillows were definitely unusual for us but obviously traditional. Breakfast...

Room heater worked for a bit and then broke in the early morning. Bathroom sink had no hot water. This was one step above camping. We left after one night when we had booked 3 nights."
