"The peoperty was clean with a spacious room and AC. They did not have a shuttle, but the front desk was very happy to book me a taxi to the airport in advance. I would stay here again if I fly out of BVA again."

By 8.15 am the breakfast room was becoming untidy and the staff didn't seem to notice. On day 2 there was not enough water to boil the eggs and it was lukewarm. And no yoghurts were brought out. One person let the side down. She was sullen and didn't give the professional care that the rest of the staff did."

"We booked a family room for one night and were pleased with an upstairs loft for the kids and a downstairs for the adults. The star was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and there were several good dining options close by. A god choice for a stop at Beauvais airport."

"The room was compact but well designed, includes A/C and radiator. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Location is located near shopping and restaurants within walking distance. A bus stop close by made getting to the airport easy."

"New hotel and rooms are pleasant enough! Just don't arrive out of hours otherwise you have to try your luck with the automated check in. This is not possible without your booking reference. You don't get this with a third party booking site! Good luck with the remote intercom and be prepared to speak some French if not native! Then the code should open the parking gate BUT doesn't if you don't pre-book parking - this wasn't an option on expedia and the intercom refused to add parking to the booking. Had to park on the street! I would rather pay an extra €10 per night for a real person! "

"We loved our stay at the Chantilly Best Western. Great and friendly staff, beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms. The city has so much history. The visit of the chateau was amazing. "

"This is an exemplary property. You will feel like you have been transported to Architectural Digest and the grounds are straight out of a fairytale. The staff is unobtrusive but always handy and helpful. My one caveat is the onsite restaurant is a bit presumptuous but did not live up to the standard. An experience but not one I would repeat "
