"Kings solomon hotel is not an hotel,i got there and i was told they don't have the information of my reservation, my money were not refunded ,i never slept or spent time there ,i was standard i have to look for another hotel that night, even when i presented receipts of payment,nothing was done, please i need my refund. "The stay at the hotel was great. The hotel staff was very helpful, e.g.in organising a taxi, etc., and friendly. The restaurant was excellent a complimentary breakfast was also served. I highly recommend this hotel."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I paid the full amount for 2 nights at this property only to get there and the executive room was giving out. after alot of argument, we finally got one only to be told we have to pay more money for the room due to exchange rate or some bull. They have a horrible customer service and extremely greedy managers. i wont touch that establishment again with a pole. "

"Overall, I like the hotel and the hospitality of all staffs were superb. The staffs were accommodating especially when there was a problem, caring, polite, respectful and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great and I love their vegetables omelette. Overall, the food at the restaurant was great. I will plan my reservations there in the near future.
