"A lovely remote hotel constructed from an old coffee plantation house. Excellent buildings and layout, lovely food, plenty to do but if you don't like crowds, avoid the weekends! The hotel was overtaken by wealthy Paulistanos in their expensive cars with kids that don't know how to behave (a trait all over the world!). The high level of rowdy children spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. A great hotel, just avoid the weekends!"

"Esse foi um dos lugares mais incríveis que já fiquei hospedado. Começando pelo anfitrião, que foi super atencioso e comprou até colchões novos para nós abrigar com o máximo conforto. O pessoal que trabalha na fazenda é muito discreto e simpático. A Fazenda é maravilhosa, com muitas opções de lazer. A localização também é excelente, sem estradas de terra e perto de comércio. Não vejo a hora de voltar!"

"Basic amenities NOT provided such as linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and heating. None of this was mentioned in the details when booking on Expedia/vrbo. We suspected this 2 days before our stay and contacted the host to provide some of those amenities or refund as we have little kids. None of this happened and as tourists in a remote and super cold place, this was the worst experience one could imagine.
