We asked for fresh towels and to have the room serviced, at 8am when we left, and they did no clean it by the time we got back, at 9pm Had to go down and complain at the front desk, and it took a while, but was able to get some fresh towels at least The breakfast is good, and staff is generaly friendly

It is a simple hotel and basic services don’t work. They don’t provide hand towels, neither room service, the sheet is smaller than the bed and the air conditioner was not working.

Muito caro para o que oferece. Apesar dos funcionários serem muitos simpáticos, são poucos em determinados horários. Para fazer o chek-in, fiquei mais de 15 minutos esperando, visto que tinha apenas 1 funcionário na recepção e uma fila de pelo menos 4 pessoas. Toalhas e roupa de cama ambos estavam manchados (não sei se realmente manchados ou mal lavados) Café da manhã bem básico, porém com pouco espaço para acomodação dos hóspedes
