"The property is extremely kid- and family-friendly. They have everything you need to keep your children entertained and provide special supervised activities at the pool. The food is excellent and the service is unmatched. The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. If you stay in the new building, there is a bit of a walk to most amenities. The front desk staff was excellent, led by Marcelo. At meal time, Yamila provided amazing service with a smile. We had a great first visit to Brazil thanks to the staff."

"We received amazing service from all staff. A special shout out for Izaura, one of the team members working at the breakfast buffet. The property is top notch and well kept. Lots of amenities and things to do. Only two days left us wanting more. I definitely recommend this hotel."

Although it looks like a business hotel, the overall comfort of the hotel stood out—especially the bed, which was super cozy. The amenities were good, and the staff were consistently helpful. Honestly, almost everything was spot on. No real complaints, which is always a good sign. Would definitely stay again!"
