Hotel room was dirty and bed condition really bad. Room really cold and when asked to turn on the heating nothing happened. Finally we decided to change hotel.

It’s not Hotel
Perfect hotel staff, however, room conditions are bad. Guard-robe was bad condition, in bathroom shower was bad required to repair. Even water is not served. Hotel itself was damaged, required to be repaired.
