"We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. It was lovely and clean throughout and the front terrace was a lovely sunny spot all day! Our host, Fred was lovely, very discreet but available if we needed anything."

"I absolutely loved this apt. and the old city of Perigueux! Everything I needed and all the activities were within a 2 to 15 minute walk - post office, grocery store, walking tours, bakeries, restaurants, everything! I have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the years, and Francis is, by far, the best host I have ever met! He is so caring, attentive and helpful, and can’t do enough for you. He communicated regularly to be sure everything was okay with my stay. It was a wonderful month’s stay....

"We liked the property and the great location near the main center of town attractions. All walkable. Showers were nice. Kitchen was fully stocked but the stovetop was interesting to learn how to use (You Tube). I can see where the deck outside would be very useful most of the year. The only parking is pay parking so that should be clear but it is very close and sometimes in front of the building. Around 11 Euros per night and plenty of spaces. We used Bergerac as a central base to sortie out...

"Very creative way that this apartment was designed. We were happy with everything. One small exception. No laundry soap. That should always be provided so that the renters do not use the wrong product in the owner's machine. We are on a two-month European Vacation and we must do laundry. Perfect location for exploring the area. Don't forget to try the Pécharmant."
