"Stayed 2 nights with friends attending the graduation ceremony in town. Good area for interesting restaurants and shops. Within 20 min walking distance into town centre. Clean and modern fixtures and bathroom. Only gripe would be a very stiff front door lock and no welcome pack. But all in all would recommend."

"This is a large house, which could potentially sleep 7 in 4 bedrooms. It was very clean throughout and 2 bathrooms was helpful. It is a 35 minute walk from the city but it’s an easy walk! Taxi’s were also reasonable. Would recommend for a group!"

"I hesitate to write negative reviews, but need to make sure the next renters understand the house properly. The House is literally attached to, and behind, the Mermaid Takeaway on Green End Road. Looking at google maps, a new unit has been built to replace the small storage shed shown, and the green space in front of the house is now the back patio of that unit (not your unit). "Stayed for a weekend to celebrate a big birthday! Friends and family gathered at the old chapel for a fantastic party. There was plenty of space for us to sit in the summer sun having a BBQ, have all 12 of us around the dining table playing a murder mystery game and rooms to play hide and seek.
