"Great house, much bigger in the flesh than the pictures make it look, and we would definitely return, only couple of minor points we had to hover when we arrived as spiders in every room, and maybe an adult cue for the pool table but only minor things overall a great stay"

"Owners were very helpful but not intrusive. Property was spacious, clean and well equipped. Only negative was the shower was stuck on extremely hot. We would happily return to this property."

"This is a lovely, spacious and well-appointed house. It was too hot to make best use of the duvets, but the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery - and a dishwasher to avoid the washing up. The powered recliners were especially welcome after a day of much walking. Naturally there is quite a lot of farm activity in the area, but it was far enough away not to be intrusive, and the people on the farm were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a property to remember."

"What a perfect place to stay. Cozy, comfortable, modern and set in lovely grounds that were a delight to walk around. Perfect for our family of three as we visited relatives close by. Great location near Linton. with its lovely cafe, pubs and a supermarket. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area."

"An interesting mix of comfortable, quaint, shabby chic and just plain shabby makes this cottage challenging to review! Overall, I was disappointed and felt that getting a few minor repairs done and providing better quality towels and bed linen would have made all the difference. On the plus side, it’s in a pretty village very near to the National Trust property of Oxborough Hall and has plenty of space for a couple or a small family, including a small garden. "The house is very spacious and well equipped. The spiral staircase up to the two bedrooms is very steep and narrow, this could prevent some less able people accessing this area. It is too steep for younger children without very close supervision. The location of the house is very peaceful, great for a relaxing time together."
