"This hotel satisfactorily met our needs. The WC seat was very loose. I cannot imagine that this defect had only just happened and should have been dealt with previously but did not cause us much inconvenience. We think the restaurant menu lacked choices for patrons with eating problems"

"We arrived later than we had planned but received a warm welcome from the hosts. We had the family room which is a good size, well decorated, warm and comfortable. The accomodation was spotless. We didnt eat there but will need to be in Cambridge in aroun 6 months time, so hoping we can stay again. Great value for money. Highly recommended. "

"The owner was so helpful and went above and beyond to get us to our event nearby. We had a very comfortable night; the rooms were clean with the usual facilities (tea and coffee) that you’d expect with bottled water and fresh milk provided in the fridge. The Inn is superbly located as just a few miles from Cambridge. A good choice of breakfast provided. Would definitely return. "

"Arriving at 3.30 we had to fight our way to the bar of this Irish club to check in (it happened to be St. Patrick's Day !) The barmaid did come and show us our room however, a triple with 3 single beds. It was very cold and the radiator stayed stone cold until at least 7 p.m. and was cold in the morning when we were getting up. The room was very basic and there was no waste paper bin. "This aparthotel was a great choice for us, only a 15 minute drive to the centre of Cambridge and there were many amenities around the hotel. We spent our day in Cambridge but ate/drank at the bars and restaurants that were a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. The value for money was extremely good. Just one thing to note was parking at the hotel was £15 a night or outside the hotel was ringo parking, which after 6pm till 8am is free so we ended up spending less than a £5 so if you get your timings right it’s a great option to save a bit of money. Myself and partner really enjoyed the cocktail bar onsite (deuces) and the roof top bar for drinks and the food at the Astronomer restaurant was incredible. Would definitely recommend and would like to go back."

"COOKED BREAKFAST WAS NOT HOT ENOUGH AND PLATES NOT HEATED. WE COMMENTED ON THIS ON DAY 1 TO BE TOLD THIS WAS BECAUSE OF A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM, BUT THERE WAS NO IMPROVEMENT ON DAY 2."
