"I was not expecting to pay for parking, this was not mentioned at the time of booking so I do not know if this is a Hotels.com issue or the hotel. It’s becoming a recurring theme of late which to me when you’re paying over £100 (usually between £110 and £140) room only, at locations with plenty of parking spaces is a stealth tax. Staff in the reception and bar area did not seem to know if I could eat in the bar or the restaurant. As a sole traveller I prefer the bar area so I can catch up on...

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is very convenient for Bristol airport as you can walk from the hotel into the airport. The food is bistro type pub food, so don't expect haute cuisine. "
