A small piece of paradise!
If you’re wanting a small piece of paradise to make many memories this is your place! It has everything plus some! It’s close to everything! Definitely will want to rent golf carts to get around! The main house and casitas are amazing! Bbq to use, pool, decks w shade if wanted! Unforgettable trip! Definitely a must re-do! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Absolute Paradise!!
Our family of 14 rented the entire property for 7 days and it was magnificent! It had everything you could need in the house and both casitas. Beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was awesome. Every second that you are not at North Beach, you will be in the huge pool!! Everyone was so wonderful to us! Chili will show you all around, Candy and Lupita made everything in the house perfect and Joell was our go to for everything else! Wonderful group of people to make all of your vacation dreams come true!

33rd Birthday in Isla Mujeres
Casa de las Palmas is everything it promises to be and more. The villa is absolutely stunning, photos don't do it justice. I flew my drone over the property and was wow'd at the results obtained. A true gem on the island. I urge that everyone read the guide books left in each villa (Casa A, Casa B, and Main Villa) immediately on arrival. We spent our first night seeking food and there's an entire page that says "Restaurants that Deliver" in the book. Sandra and Monica went above and beyond to ensure that my group had everything we needed, my only complaints would be with some pricing (not with the villa), but some things on the island can add up rather quickly. Just have additional cash to move around and get back-and-forth. Aside from the small things, this was honestly one of the best villas I've ever stayed in. The little pesky bugs just added to the nature of the home, I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for the experience, we're already considering a return.

Great home for families
We have a wonderful stay in this home with our four children plus their spouses and three grand children. The rooms are spacious, the small AC units worked well in each room, the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean and maids came 3 days while we stayed one week. The yard is spacious and the pool was very enjoyable. We loved the friendly staff who took care of the house. You can walk across the tiny street in front of the house to a beach but it is rocky..."North Beach" on the other side of island is quieter and more of a beach. Restaurants were great, too......clean and safe to eat. The biggest draw back was the lack of washer / dryer and dish washer! With a family this large, we had children clothes and towels to wash, constantly.....and dishes. Water and electricity on this island are expensive. We had to pay $300 extra to heat the jacuzzis....this was also a disappointment knowing we were paying TOP holiday $ to rent the house. Several door knobs, curtain rod hardware, drawer pulls....broke but were fixed right away. Overall, we would definitely rent this house, again. Enjoy

November - Large Group
There were 14 in our group. The property was great. The location was very convenient. The staff was excellent and prompt. The property manager (Monica) was great. She even recommended a local chef for dining at the house. His name is Josafat Baez. It was the best meal that we had on the island, and that is saying a lot given that all of the food was great. Transportation to and from the airport to the house was very easy and relatively inexpensive. We loved the property and will likely make another reservation in the future.

Excellent Property
We rented this property for our wedding party and a few other guests in June 2016 and the experience was amazing. We had 13 people stay at the property very comfortably. The pool area is fantastic and no one felt crowded. The main villa and casitas are well maintained. The owners and property managers made sure that we were well taken care of and made the reservation process very simple. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation. Especially if you have a large group of people that want to stay together.

My husband and I stayed at Casa de Las Palmas for a week in January with 9 of our friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. The house was straight out of a dream, just beautiful! Sandra was very easy to work with and although we had a couple issues arise, they were quickly dealt with. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great property for family vacation
The house and grounds are even better than the pictures! The property is so comfortable that many days we never left!! We had 4 generations from all over the US come to Isla - the property was perfect for our group that ranged in age from 9 to 85! Thank you to Candy for her cleaning help and to Sandra for making sure we were taken care of and making booking very easy. Excellent property!
Stayed at Casa de las Palmas from July 4-11, 2015 and had a wonderful stay. Our group was 12 adults (6 couples) so we occupied the main house and Casita A. Sandra was wonderful to deal with before and during our stay. She answered all my questions and made herself available by phone any time I wanted to talk and not just about the property, but the island, where to go, what to do, converting currency, renting golf carts, you name it. The place is exactly what you see - beautiful and well maintained. This was our first time to Isla Mujeres and we feel we made an excellent choice and would rent the place again without hesitation. The main house and casita were well furnished with very comfortable beds with lots of cooking utensils, spices around the house to use, plenty of freezer/refrigerator space, etc. If you are looking for a really nice, well kept, well furnished place to stay on the island, look no further. Sandra will go out of her way to ensure your stay is enjoyable!

Excellent place to stay!
We had a group of 15 people from 3 different families and we could not have asked for a better property to accommodate us! Our group has been to Isla Mujeres before and while we have always had great accommodations, this rental tops them all! Each family was able to have their own space since we rented the Villa and both Casitas. The buildings were spacious, comfortable and well stocked with whatever you needed to make your own meals. Our group even encountered a rainy day but with the size of the Villa we were all able to be inside together without feeling cramped. There were even games to keep our kids occupied and off of their electronics. The pool area was great! Even with all of the kids we had along, there was plenty of room for everyone both in the pool and around. You were able to sit in the sun or in the shade with plenty of chairs for everyone. The kids also enjoyed being able to go across the street and look for shells on the beach. The property is well maintained both inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to not have any shortage of bathrooms. One of the things I miss most is the view of the Caribbean...it is stunning from the master bedrooms! I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be renting there again!

This property is stunning and even better than described! It is very well maintained and the owners, Karl and Sandra, are such a pleasure to get to know if you are lucky enough to be there while they are. We loved the location toward the south end of the island. It is so easy to get wherever you want to go on the golf carts available to rent at numerous places on the island. The grounds at this property are so serene, the perfect blend of grass, plants, trees, and pool - you won't want to leave! But you have to leave, because the island and all it offers beckons. Make a day trip to Playa Norte, shop and dine on Hidalgo Ave, visit Garrafon and snorkel, dine at Punta Sur, and make a brief visit at the turtle farm (your donation will help keep it going). We stayed in Casita A. It was appointed very well, and the kitchen has everything you need should you choose to cook some meals and enjoy drinks or snacks there. Everything worked perfectly, except the microwave, which the owners promptly replaced! It was unbelievable the attention to detail these people have, making for the best stay you can imagine. We loved the front deck in the morning and the rear patio in the afternoon. One is tempted to give a poor review to keep this wonderful property a secret!
